Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) to present in both booth and speech in "All about Sustainability Zone" at Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics - Spring Edition 2015
This year, from 18 to 20 March 2015, GOTS will present as an exhibitor and speak as a keynote speaker in "All About Sustainability Zone" at Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics - Spring Edition 2015.
You will also have the opportunity to meet with GOTS new China Representative Ms. Felicia Shi at the booth number of 7.2-K113. She will be on site to answer your enquiries. Furthermore Felicia will give a presentation in "All About Sustainability Zone"- the open area for seminar to demonstrate "Why, What and How" sustainability can be certified through the lens of ecological, social and economic views. The presentation will also draw on the example of GOTS to illustrate how certification can assure the entire textile supply chain- from raw material to the end consumer.
The "All About Sustainability Zone" will appear at the Spring Edition for the very first time with the aim to address the increased interest on sustainability in the industry, especially recently in China.
Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics - Spring Edition 2015 has reached a new record this year. More than 2,500 exhibitors from 21 countries and regions (1,469, 2014) have already confirmed their participation, setting a new high point in the fair’s history. Over 100,000 sqm will be in use at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)- the new venue for this event.

2015中国国际纺织面料及辅料（春夏）博览会“可持续发展专区”设置展位并发表演讲
2015年3月18日至20日，GOTS将作为参展机构以及演讲嘉宾在“可持续发展专区”中参与2015中国国际纺织面料及辅料（春夏）博览会。
在我们的展位中（展位号7.2-K113），您将有机会与GOTS的新任大中华区代表人时怡女士（Felicia Shi）进行交流，她将在现场解答您咨询的问题。另外，时怡还将在“可持续发展专区”开放空间的研讨会上发表演讲，从生态、社会和经济角度解读“为什么、什么以及如何”认证可持续性。该演讲还会借鉴GOTS的案例，说明认证如何为整个纺织供应链（从原材料到最终消费者）提供保证。
届时，“可持续发展专区”将首次现身中国国际纺织面料及辅料的春夏博览会中，旨在回应业内，特别是中国对可持续发展问题日益提升的兴趣。
2015中国国际纺织面料及辅料（春夏）博览会也创造了新的记录：来自21个国家和地区的2500多家参展商已确认其出席（2014年为1469家），该数字成为了博览会史上的又一新高度。作为此次博览会的新场地，国家会展中心（上海）将投入10多万平方米场馆供博览会使用。
