C&A and Brands Fashion to speak at 1st International GOTS Conference
Ms. Charline Ducas from C&A Europe and Dr. Ulrich Hofmann from Brands Fashion, Germany have already confirmed their participation in Panel 1 of the conference titled, “Brands' and Retailers' Business Case for Sustainability through GOTS”.
The GOTS conference provides the ideal opportunity to find out about organic textile processing in India, regionally, and globally. It will also educate and stimulate attendees with presentations and discussions about GOTS-related brand experiences, production practices, and policies. The conference is officially supported by International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM).
The First International Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) Conference will be held Friday, May 22, in Mumbai, India. Early Bird registration closes March 31. Companies representing the entire organic textile supply chain will learn about brand and manufacturer experiences with GOTS, as well as the role of local and international policy.
